See also the <a href=\"https:\/\/sierranevadagranada.com\/en\/legal-notice\/\">legal notice<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/sierranevadagranada.com\/en\/cancellation-conditions\/\">cancellation policy<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/sierranevadagranada.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Parties responsible for marketing the service<\/h2>\n<ul><li>All ski and snowboard lessons and equipment rental services are marketed by our active tourism company Snow Ink Sierra Nevada S.L., CIF B72273535, registered with the Consejer\u00eda de Turismo de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda (Tourism Department of the Regional Government of Andalusia) under registration number AT\/GR\/00288.<\/li>\n<li>Forfait services are marketed by our Wholesale-Retail Travel Agency, registered with the Consejer\u00eda de Turismo de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda under number AV\/GR\/00702 and under the tax name Snow Ink Sierra Nevada S.L., CIF B72273535.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n<h2>Liability of Snow Ink Sierra Nevada S.L.<\/h2>\r\n<ul><li>Snow Ink Sierra Nevada S.L. undertakes to carry out the lessons booked under the conditions agreed with the customer. They will always be delivered by qualified and certified staff.<\/li>\r\n<li>Lessons and courses will be taught by specialized staff, and they will therefore be conducted in accordance with the judgment of the professionals who teach them.<\/li>\r\n<li>For safety reasons, Snow Ink Sierra Nevada S.L., in its specialized judgment, reserves the right to cancel the lessons or courses booked in the specific case that weather conditions advise it because they are particularly unfavorable and could cause serious unwanted incidents. Lessons and courses may be resumed at another time to be determined by the school, if possible.<\/li>\r\n<li>Snow Ink Sierra Nevada S.L. disclaims all liability for any accidents that may occur as a result of skiing\/snowboarding during the lessons\/courses booked arising from the customer performing them incorrectly, as well as for accidents or incidents arising from the customer&#8217;s own direct conduct.<\/li>\r\n<li>For booking lessons\/courses for children under 16, the corresponding AUTHORIZATION must be provided, which will be supplied by this entity and must be duly completed and signed by the parents or guardians of those minors. If that authorization is not delivered together with the voucher, the lessons\/courses booked will not be given.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n<h2>Group courses<\/h2>\r\n<ul><li>The meeting point for LESSONS is at our office in Borreguiles at the exit of the Al-Andalus cable car. Once you exit the cable car, to the right, you will see black flags with colored lettering reading SURFIN SIERRA NEVADA.<\/li>\r\n<li>If you have any problem with your arrival time or finding the slope meeting point (Borreguiles), call the school&#8217;s telephone, 638 877 288, in good time.<\/li>\r\n<li>Lessons will start at the time stated on the booking confirmation voucher, regardless of the number of students present. If you arrive late at the Borreguiles meeting point for reasons beyond our company&#8217;s control, the time cannot be made up, and if you are more than 20 minutes late from the start time, it will not be possible to join the course because of the learning progress of the group.<\/li>\r\n<li>If a minimum of 4 people is not reached, the course will be reduced from 2 hours to 1 hour and from 4 hours to 2 hours, respectively. If a minimum of 2 people is not reached, the course may be canceled or modified, with the company offering other options.<\/li>\r\n<li>In the event of closure due to adverse weather conditions, wind, snow, etc., resulting in Cetursa not opening, no money will be refunded. In this case, please contact the booking center to request a REDEEMABLE VOUCHER through the same channel through which you made the booking.<\/li>\r\n<li>FORFAIT to access the slopes is essential and not included in the courses.<\/li>\r\n<li>Booked lessons cannot be canceled and\/or changed to other dates or times without the agreement of the school management. We therefore recommend checking dates and times on the corresponding booking confirmation.<\/li>\r\n<li>The start of group courses will be confirmed on the booking voucher, and customers must report to the SURFIN SIERRA NEVADA slope office, located in Borreguiles, 15 minutes before the start. Participants will then be divided into groups of a maximum of 10 of the same or a similar level, starting at the indicated time, regardless of how many customers who booked this service are present.<\/li>\r\n<li>Any accident or incident occurring during the lessons booked with Snow Ink Sierra Nevada S.L. is not the responsibility of this entity, and the mere fact of taking part in them entails acceptance of this specific condition.<\/li>\r\n<li>Failure of the customer to show up at the start of the group course or private lesson booked means NO REFUND of their price.<\/li>\r\n<li>If there is any error in the booking, please contact us again. We are not responsible for typographical errors that are not reported.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n<h2>Private lessons<\/h2>\r\n<ul><li>The meeting point for LESSONS is at our office in Borreguiles at the exit of the Al-Andalus cable car. We are not responsible for typographical errors that are not reported.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n<h2>Specific conditions for children&#8217;s lessons<\/h2>\r\n<ul><li>Parents or legal guardians must be at the Borreguiles meeting point before the contracted lesson hour ends to collect the children.<\/li>\r\n<li>Our staff are not permitted to record or take photos, unless the corresponding authorization is signed before the lessons or course take place.<\/li>\r\n<li>If children feel unwell or need to go to the restroom, the parents or guardians will be notified, unless the corresponding authorization, specific to each course, is signed.<\/li>\r\n<li>Children who get tired, do not want to continue or feel unwell will be taken to the Borreguiles premises and their parents or guardians will be notified; the time lost cannot be made up.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n<h2>Ski\/snowboard equipment rental<\/h2>\r\n<ul><li>The customer certifies that they are fit to use the rented equipment, undertaking to use it themselves and to use it prudently, without causing any danger to third parties, in accordance with the rules in force and the FIS rules of conduct on the slopes. By mutual agreement, subletting of the equipment is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\r\n<li>The user of the rented ski\/snowboard equipment is obliged to look after, maintain and return the equipment delivered to them, and is directly responsible for its deterioration and for damage arising from its loss, disappearance and\/or theft, as well as for any damage exceeding normal wear and tear from suitable and diligent use for its intended purpose. Otherwise, they will pay the following amounts: &#8211; Mid-range snowboard or skis: \u20ac250 &#8211; High-end snowboard or skis: \u20ac350 &#8211; Mid-range boots: \u20ac180 &#8211; High-end boots: \u20ac200 &#8211; Snowboard or ski bindings: \u20ac100 &#8211; Poles: \u20ac20 &#8211; Helmet: \u20ac50 &#8211; Goggles: \u20ac45 &#8211; Gloves: \u20ac40 &#8211; Pants or jacket: \u20ac80 &#8211; Apr\u00e8s-ski boots: \u20ac50<\/li>\r\n<li>The customer undertakes to pay the costs arising from repairs or replacement of the rented equipment, whatever the reason for the repairs, except those due to normal wear and tear. Repairs will be carried out exclusively by the lessor and will be at the customer&#8217;s expense, and the customer must also pay for all materials, equipment and accessories whose repair proves technically or economically unfeasible, at the SURFIN SIERRA NEVADA, RULES SHOP SIERRA NEVADA and SNOW DIVISION SIERRA NEVADA shops, at the replacement price.<\/li>\r\n<li>The user or, where applicable, their legal representative is expressly informed and acknowledges that skiing\/snowboarding is a sport involving a real risk of falls or injuries, which may be increased, among other factors, by the age and physical condition of users, the proper use of the equipment, weather conditions and the state of the terrain, and therefore this company accepts no liability for any injuries that may be suffered while practicing this sport and using the rented equipment.<\/li>\r\n<li>The ski storage service is not included in the rental. For equipment rentals over several consecutive days, the customer must pick up the equipment on the first day of the contracted period and return it on the last day. Daily return of the equipment during the rental period is not permitted.<\/li>\r\n<li>Early return of ski\/snowboard equipment due to total closure of the resort for technical or weather reasons that prevent its operation, or due to a skiing accident occurring at the resort, provided it is duly justified and, in the latter case, proven by a medical certificate, will entitle the customer to a VOUCHER for the unused portion and never to a refund. This VOUCHER must be stamped and signed by our establishment, and at any sign of tampering it will become void.<\/li>\r\n<li>The rented equipment must be returned between 9:00 and 18:00 on the agreed day. Return of the equipment outside these hours will be penalized by payment of the amount corresponding to an additional day of rental for each day of delay in returning it, according to the daily rate set by our company.<\/li>\r\n<li>By booking any of the services offered by Snow Ink Sierra Nevada S.L., the participating customer acknowledges that they are aware of and irrevocably accept these general rules and conditions of use set out in this document and on our website. By means of this document they consent to the provision of data for the processing and transfer of their personal data under the conditions set out, acknowledging that they are fully aware of its consequences, and consent to their personal data being processed by Snow Ink Sierra Nevada S.L.
